VIP Program
VIP and Cashback
Once you open an account at tk game and play regularly while making deposits, you are automatically enrolled in the VIP program. There is no separate application needed. As your play volume and consistency grow, you become eligible to move up to higher tiers. There are currently three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold.
tk game has three VIP tiers. At the Bronze tier you can earn up to 0.5% cashback on weekly net losses. At the Silver tier that rate rises to up to 1.0%. At the Gold tier you receive up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Moving up a tier increases the cashback you can earn. Visit the VIP page to learn more about tk game VIP benefits.
Cashback is calculated on your net loss for the week, which is total losses minus total winnings. Example: as a Silver member, if your net loss for a week is ৳20,000, your cashback will be ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200. That is the maximum amount at that tier. Cashback is calculated at the end of each week and added to your account accordingly.
Your VIP tier at tk game advances based on your regular play activity and engagement. The more you play and the more consistently you deposit, the sooner you become eligible to reach a higher tier. For the exact criteria for tier advancement, contact the support team directly via live chat.
tk game Gold members receive up to 1.5% weekly cashback along with priority customer support. Their questions in live chat receive special attention. There is also a possibility of receiving VIP-exclusive offers on the promotions page. Benefits may change from time to time, so contact support for the latest updates.
At tk game, if you are not regularly active within a set period or if your account shows no activity for an extended time, your VIP tier may be reviewed. For the specific terms, read the site's terms and conditions or ask directly in live chat.
Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawal Questions
The minimum withdrawal amount from tk game is ৳800. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be accepted. Whether you withdraw via bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay, this minimum must be met. Before making a withdrawal, make sure your account balance and any bonus wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
After submitting a withdrawal request from tk game to bKash, the money generally reaches your mobile wallet within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The same timeframe applies to Nagad, Rocket and Upay. During busy periods it may take slightly longer. If you have been waiting a long time after submitting a request, let us know via live chat.
Yes, the mobile wallet number you withdraw to at tk game must be registered in your own name. The name and number on your account must match the details on the wallet. If you submit a withdrawal request to someone else's wallet, it may not be processed and account verification may be required.
tk game keeps its withdrawal process running seven days a week, around the clock. Withdrawals submitted at night or on weekly holidays (Friday–Saturday) are still targeted to complete within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, if there is a high volume of requests at night, it may take slightly longer.
A pending request means it is still being processed. If it has been pending for more than 2 hours, contact tk game's 24/7 live chat and provide the details of your request. The support team will look into the issue promptly. In some cases account verification or additional information may be required, so follow the instructions from support.
Yes, withdrawals from tk game to Rocket and Upay are also possible. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. A minimum of ৳800 can be withdrawn via all four methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay — and each method generally completes within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
Live Table Games
Live Casino
Yes, the tk game live casino runs normally on both mobile browsers and the app. On both Android and iOS devices you can join Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and Ezugi tables with HD video streaming. With a good internet connection you can play with live dealers without interruption. Using the tk game App makes the mobile experience even smoother.
Teen Patti is a popular South Asian card game — each player receives three cards and the highest-value hand wins. Andar Bahar is simpler: the dealer places a joker card and you bet on which side (Andar or Bahar) a card of the same value will appear on first. Both games are available in the tk game live casino with Bengali-language support.
tk game's live casino has a range of tables designed for players with different budgets, from low-stakes tables up to high-limit VIP tables. Each table displays its own limits before you enter, so you can choose a table that suits your budget.
Yes, in live dealer games, trained dealers seated in real studios manage the game in front of cameras using actual cards or a roulette wheel. You watch the entire process in real-time HD video and can chat with the dealer. Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live studio games are available at tk game.
Live roulette is available at tk game. In roulette, a ball is spun on a wheel numbered 0 to 36. You can place bets on a specific number, a colour (red/black), odd/even, or a block of numbers. Betting directly on a number pays more but has lower odds. Betting on a colour has higher odds of winning but pays less. See the tk game Casino page for the list of live games.
Whether specific bonuses can be used on live casino games depends on the terms and conditions of that bonus. In general, live casino games are eligible for meeting welcome bonus wagering requirements, though the contribution percentage may vary by game. For accurate information, read the site's Terms and Conditions or ask via live chat.
Deposit Guide
How to Deposit Money
To play any game on tk game — slots, live casino, or sports betting — the minimum deposit amount is ৳300. This applies equally to all payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. On your first deposit, you have the opportunity to receive a 200% welcome bonus across all categories, including tk game Slots.
Log in to tk game and go to the deposit section. Select bKash as your method and enter the amount (minimum ৳300). Send the specified amount from your bKash app to the tk game bKash number shown on screen. Once the transaction is complete, submit your transaction ID on the site. Your balance is usually updated within a few minutes.
Yes, the Nagad deposit process is essentially the same as bKash. In the deposit section, select Nagad, enter the amount, and send money to tk game's Nagad number via the app or USSD (*167#). Once you submit the transaction ID on the site, your balance is updated quickly. The process is straightforward for Nagad users.
tk game itself does not charge any separate fee on deposits. However, your mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay) may apply its own service charge — that is governed by the wallet provider's own rules. It is a good idea to check your wallet's fee policy before making a deposit.
On your first deposit, you can receive tk game's 200% welcome bonus, up to ৳15,000 (wagering requirement: 20x the bonus amount). Example: deposit ৳1,000 and get ৳2,000 in bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳3,000; wagering requirement: ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000. The bonus is usually credited shortly after your deposit is confirmed. If there is a delay, contact live chat.
Yes, you can deposit multiple times a day at tk game. The minimum amount per deposit is ৳300. However, the welcome bonus is only available on your first deposit. Other promotions, such as weekly bonuses or the Friday special offer, apply once per week. Check the promotions page to see active promotions, and ask support if you are unsure.
